For members who still hold their old Elef tokens, we will swap it to the New Elef token (CA: 0xB9Ca307a74a6E4c114B3170B38C470c95b20f376).

Here's how:

1. Old tokens must still be in your wallet to validate the amount of tokens that will be swapped.

2. Tokens bought on February 27, 2022 6:00 PM UTC onwards will not be included.
